Are you trying to figure out a way to hang earrings & necklace? Do you need a consistent look and branding for your jewelry business? Business cards can serve a dual purpose. I designed my business cards to be not only for business promotion, but also to be used as earring cards. I have traditional sized business cards and a mini size of 2" x 2" that I use for simple studs.
Canva is great for designing your business cards. And, I use VistaPrint for the regular size cards, and Uprinting for the 2" mini square cards. Here is a video of how I make my earring cards. The hole punches can be purchased on Amazon fairly cheaply.
